We offer a reduced, fixed charge interview for initial advice and assistance in a variety of matters including Employment, Landlord & Tenant, Wills & Probate disputes and General Litigation.
This enables our clients to obtain advice and assistance at an early stage, as reduced charging rates enable them to ascertain and explore their options and the likely costs and consequences of proceeding without obligation.
For Family advice we have an Information Meeting which informs you of the options available
An LPA is a legal document that allows you to appoint someone that you trust as an ‘attorney’ to make decisions on your behalf. Attorneys can make decisions for you when you no longer wish to or when you lack the mental capacity to do so.
You can appoint the attorney to make decisions about your welfare, money and/or property. It can be used at any time or restricted to when you are not able to make your own decisions due to mental incapacity.
Too few people make Wills which can often lead to their property and effects being received by people other than those intended and/or a large Inheritance Tax Bill being incurred. We give detailed practical advice in relation to the making of a Will, albeit at a competitive rate.
This not only has advantages for those who will find themselves administering your estate, but also gives you peace of mind, knowing that you have selected as executors the individuals best suited for the role and have given them the necessary instructions.
For those who require assistance, home visits can be organised and Wills can be prepared at any of our offices, depending on which is the most convenient to you.
Home visits are available for an additional charge, depending on location
