Tenancy Agreements

For advising on and preparing a Tenancy Agreement

It is important when drafting a Tenancy Agreement that not only are all the standard, basic provisions included but also those relevant to the particular property concerned. Whilst pre-printed forms are available, these tend to be written in very basic and general terms, do not take into account specifics relating to the actual property concerned and can become out of date. We ensure all our Tenancy Agreements are tailor-made for our clients on a case-by-case basis and completely up-to-date in order to ensure maximum protection for you as a Landlord.

We do not need to meet you in order to prepare a Tenancy Agreement as it can be dealt with by e-mail making it more convenient for you. Alternatively we are always happy to make an appointment to discuss matters.
