Martin Shepherd

Janev joined the firm in 1998 whilst training to be a Legal Executive, qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in October 2003.

Janev deals with a varied residential conveyancing case load and all aspects of residential conveyancing including buying and selling of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity and re-mortgages and equity release schemes. She also has particular expertise in Shared ownership purchases and sales and staircasing
