Martin Shepherd

Sara trained at a high street practice and later qualified as a solicitor in 2000. She joined the firm in 2011 having gained experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing.

She deals with a varied residential conveyancing case load and all aspects of residential conveyancing including:

• Buying and selling of freehold and leasehold properties
• Transfers of equity and re-mortgages
• Shared ownership
• Right to buys
• Lease extensions
• Trust Deeds to set out the ownership of jointly owned property which does not pass to the other owner automatically on death and when the property is owned in unequal shares.
