At Martin Shepherd we appreciate that our elderly clients face a number of concerns as they get older. These can include issues concerning residential care costs, powers of attorney and getting their finances and estate in order.

We advise our clients in accordance with their needs and wishes which can include preparation and advice on basic and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning, Will making, Court of Protection Applications and residential care.

We can also advise on the protection of assets through Lifetime Trusts.

For those who may have mobility issues, we are able to visit people in their homes or in hospital and have disabled access and parking at our Enfield Town Office.
