Wills
The importance of making a Will cannot be overstressed.
If you own a property, have a family or dependants you should make a Will to ensure that your property passes where you want it to.
If you do not make a Will the intestacy rules will apply which are unlikely to make sufficient provision for a spouse, cohabitee or children.
We also advise on tax planning.
