We are seeking a full-time Family Solicitor with experience in divorce, financial settlements on divorce and Schedule 1 Applications and someone with a particular interest in private law Children’s Act applications acting for the applicant or the respondent. Minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience in Family law is essential. The ideal candidate will have had experience in conducting their own advocacy in the Magistrates Court and the County Court and will want to continue to undertake such work. We are seeking to expand the family work within the firm to meet the demand and a willingness to be involved in that and to market the firm is essential. A full clean driving licence is preferred.
Legal Office Administrator
We are looking for an office administrator to carry out the administrative tasks required in a busy multi-office legal practice. This is a part-time role with flexible working hours. You will work with the Managing Partner. Knowledge of Microsoft including Excel, accurate typing minimum 60 wpm, ability to communicate well at all levels and a good telephone manner, and excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are all essential requirements for this role. This role is suited to someone who has had previous office experience and now seeks flexible working hours.
Seeking an experienced legal accounts cashier who is able to work flexibly as and when required to cover holidays and busy times. Training will be given. This is a consultancy /hourly rate/ self employed role.
