We are remaining open at Enfield, North Finchley and the Hertford offices to continue to provide a service to you in these uncertain times. At the same time we are taking measures to protect the health of our staff which is essential to the running of our business.
In lockdown we will not be seeing clients in person in the office. All meetings are to be conducted via video link such as Teams or Zoom or on the telephone.
If we have already seen you and have evidence of your identification to satisfy the Money Laundering requirements we will not be meeting you in person to sign any documents prior to the exchange and completion of your matter.
If it is not possible to verify your identification via the video meeting and your original documents need copying you must make an appointment before attending the Enfield or the North Finchley office and when you do so you must wear a mask and you will not be allowed to enter the building. At the Hertford office an appointment will be made for your identification to be verified via a video meeting. All documents should be posted through the letter box at each of the offices referred to above.
If you have returned from abroad within the last 14 days we request that you do not attend any of our offices in person until you have been here for more than 14 days and you have not shown any signs of having the virus.
If anyone in your household is exhibiting any of the symptoms of the virus such as a high temperature, fever, cough and aching limbs we ask that you self isolate for 14 days and do not attend any of our offices in person until that period has expired.
