Antoinette qualified as a Solicitor in November 1989 and having joined the firm in 1988 she is the Managing Partner of the firm and specialises in family law.
With over 30 years’ experience, Antoinette undertakes all aspect of family work including judicial separation, divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, separation agreements, arrangements for children and finances, pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, protection from domestic violence and Schedule 1 Children Act applications.
Over the years, Antoinette has acted in high net worth cases representing persons from all walks of society including judges, doctors, dentists, surgeons, nurses, company directors, shareholders, accountants, surveyors, IT professionals, actors, hairdressers, head teachers, teachers, police men and women, taxi drivers, office workers and business owners.
As a member of Resolution which is an association of family lawyers committed to taking the conflict out of relationship breakdown, Antoinette promotes a non-confrontational and common sense approach to litigation providing to her clients realistic and practical advice from the outset. Not only does her approach help to reduce costs, it also serves to limit the negative impact divorce and separation can often have on those who seek to co-parent their children after divorce and separation. Empathetic and understanding of how difficult it is to cope emotionally and financially when a relationship has broken down, Antoinette provides much needed guidance and support during the times when it is difficult to think rationally.
