Melanie joined the firm in September 2014 bringing back the name of Martin Shepherd Solicitors to Hertford by heading up the office in Cowbridge.
With over 35 years’ experience specialising in all aspects of residential conveyancing and with her broad knowledge of Hertford and Ware having worked in the area on and off since 1997, she is able to liaise well with the local agents and provide a comprehensive service to local people through a network of loyal contacts.
Melanie is well known in Hertford and she works well with local estate agents and is keen and able to provide a helpful and efficient service to all of her Clients. With a great team behind her she has achieved this in particular since 2014 and has earned a good reputation in the area.
There is always something to learn in the law, and Melanie does her best to keep up with changes and new practices and aims to keep her clients informed and content.
Outside of work Melanie belongs to three choirs which keep her busy and in her spare moments, she has a number of interests in various crafts which she uses to relax after a busy day in the office.
