Surjit graduated from Queen Mary University of London in 2002 and qualified as a solicitor in February 2007 and has since specialised in all aspects of company/commercial work and commercial property. Surjit joined Martin Shepherd in November 2013 becoming a Partner in August 2018.
Surjit advises business owners on share sales and purchases, including franchise sales and purchases. He also advises property investors on the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate with a focus on landlord and tenant transactions. Surjit advises banks and commercial lenders on secured lending transactions, including bridging finance, and has a keen interest in portfolio refinancing.
