Tenancy Agreements

It is important when drafting a tenancy agreement that not only are all the standard provisions included, but also those relevant to the particular property concerned. Whilst pre-printed forms are available, these tend to be written in very basic and general terms, do not take into consideration the actual property concerned and can become out of date. We ensure all tenancy agreements are tailormade for our clients on a case-by-case basis in order to ensure maximum protection for you as a landlord.
